To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

⚠️ Items with missing parts or incomplete packaging cannot be accepted for return.

💸 Refund Details:

• If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
• If the item has a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued within 2–4 business days after receiving the item.
• For online payments (including Vodafone Cash), refunds are processed within 2–4 business days.
